Diana I.

Diana I. is an experienced recruitment manager at Nityo Infotech since November 2009, overseeing a recruitment team comprising various roles and reporting directly to the Regional Director/Vice President of Nityo PH. Prior roles include Team Lead for the IT Recruitment sector, during which Diana managed IT recruiters, conducted performance evaluations, and contributed to team development. Diana began a career in technical support and data encoding at Competitive IT Solutions, Inc. in late 2008. An alumnus of Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a major in Systems Engineering and has been recognized as a "Young and Dynamic Recruiter," earning the Employee of the Year award in 2010.
