Aseem Gupta

Aseem Gupta is an experienced professional in the insurance and financial services sector, currently serving as Director & Head Bancassurance at Niva Bupa since October 2015, following a tenure as Sr VP & Head of Bancassurance & Alliances at Max Bupa. Aseem co-founded India Hiring in April 2015 and was previously the Managing Partner at SKOPE Business Ventures Pvt. Ltd. from August 2010 to October 2015. A significant portion of Aseem's career was spent at Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd., holding various leadership roles from 2002 to 2010, including CVP & Head MNYL Direct. Earlier experience includes positions at BILT, Ballarpur Industries Ltd. as a Management Trainee and Dy Manager from 1999 to 2002. Aseem Gupta holds an MBA in Marketing from FORE School of Management, New Delhi, and a BE in Electrical from MITS, Madhav Institute of Technology and Science.
