Preetam Negi

Preetam Negi is currently serving as the Deputy Vice President and Head of Compensation & Benefits at Niva Bupa Health Insurance since December 2023. Previous experience includes holding the position of Head of Human Resources Operations at Hero Housing Finance from November 2021 to February 2025 and the role of Assistant Vice President - HR at HDFC ERGO Health from January 2020 to February 2022. Preetam's extensive career at Apollo Munich Health Insurance spanned over a decade and included multiple roles ranging from Senior Manager to Assistant Manager in Human Resources. Earlier experience includes positions at Midland Calibrated India Private Ltd and I-Flex – Equniox Global Services Pvt. Ltd., as well as Arvato Services India, where Preetam began as a Human Resources Executive. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from AMITY University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law and Administrative Law from Madurai Kamaraj University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from CCS University.
