Allison Stromberg

Allison Stromberg has a wealth of experience in recruiting and management roles. Allison began their career in 2007 as a Campaign Manager for Mit Romney and an Assistant for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. In 2010, they served as a Recruiter (Internship) for Aflac. In 2012, they took on the role of Sr. Sales Recruiter/ Recruiting Manager at Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC, where they successfully fostered and cultivated positive recruiting channels, maintained and managed over 12,000 applicants, directed candidates through the hiring process, reviewed and selected talent via video conferencing, and filtered through over 25,000 applicants. In 2013, they became a Corporate Recruiter for Property Solutions International Inc. and in 2014, they took on the same role at GO Financial. In 2016, they became a Contract Recruiter for Dealertrack, and in 2017, they were a Recruiter and Recruiting Manager for Nivati.

Allison Stromberg obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management from Utah Valley University between 2006 and 2011. Allison also holds a certification in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program.
