Abhishek Badodekar

Abhishek Badodekar has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and industries. Abhishek started their career at SKF Technologies in 2007 as an Assistant Manager in Sales and Application Engineering. Abhishek worked there for three years before joining SKF Technologies again in 2012 as a Key Account Manager in Sales and Business Development. In 2013, they joined Bosch India as a Key Account Manager for Aftermarket Service. After spending two years at Bosch, they moved to NIVEA India in 2015 as a Planning Manager. Abhishek then progressed to become a Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager in 2017, followed by a promotion to Head of Materials Management in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations Management (Manufacturing) at NIVEA India.

From 2010 to 2012, Abhishek attended the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai, where they obtained a PGDIE degree in the field of Supply Chain.

Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they attended K.K.Wagh institute of Engineering Education & Research, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.

Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, from 2001 to 2004, Abhishek studied at Government Polytechnic Nashik, where they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Finally, from 1991 to 2000, Abhishek attended R J E M H S, but no specific degree or field of study information is available for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Abhishek also obtained two certifications. In October 2009, they earned the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from SKF India. Later, in November 2021, they obtained the STOP for Supervision certification from DuPont Sustainable Solutions.
