BJ Perng

BJ Perng is the CEO and Co-founder of NiveauUp, a company specializing in eXtreme Fast Charging (XFC) Battery technology and manufacturing solutions since January 2018. As a founder of two stealth startups focused on e-mobility and RegTech since January 2015, BJ Perng has implemented Lean Startup and MVP practices, achieving product-market fit and collaborating with key stakeholders. Previous roles include Executive Consultant at EgisTec, Consultant to Consultant at JRSYS, VP of Sales at TAISYS Technologies Co., Ltd, and VP of Sales & Marketing at Startek Engineering Inc. BJ Perng's career at IBM included positions as Global Procurement Council Chair and Global Commodity Manager. Educational qualifications include an M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering from Cornell University and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from National Taiwan University.
