Ian Paredes

Ian Paredes is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently employed at Nivelo since August 2025, Ian previously held roles as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at GoGuardian and Principal Platform Engineer at CTS. At Pear Deck, Ian was instrumental in integrating the platform with GoGuardian’s ecosystem post-acquisition while modernizing GCP/GKE resource management. Prior experience includes DevOps Engineer positions at Bombora and CLEAR, where Ian implemented infrastructure initiatives and CI/CD systems, respectively. Ian also has a background as a Senior Backend Engineer at Idea Evolver, focusing on monolithic API refactoring and observability practices, and as a Full Stack Engineer at Morgan & Morgan, contributing to a wide range of technologies.
