Chad Thomas

Chad Thomas currently serves as the Regional Energy Liaison for Kansas and surrounding areas at Nivo Solar, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Chad has been the Principal Consultant at StraitGate Management Inc. since May 2016, focusing on analyzing and structuring solutions for business owners and operators, as well as developing market outreach strategies. Chad’s extensive experience with QuikTrip spanned from July 1998 to May 2016, where notable achievements included serving as a Training Manager overseeing recruitment and training, managing the largest hiring initiative in the company's history, and efficiently coordinating the onboarding of over 1,100 employees in one fiscal year. Additional roles at QuikTrip included Store Manager and Assistant Manager, showcasing a strong foundation in leadership and team management.
