Jennifer Altvater

Jennifer Altvater has over 25 years of work experience in the fields of talent acquisition, recruitment, and account management. Jennifer began their career in 1995 as an Account Representative at CAM RPC Electronics. In 1999, they moved to Troy and Associates, Inc. as a Recruiter. Jennifer then joined HealthDrive Corporation in 2004 as an Account Representative. In 2005, Jennifer began working for Tier1, Inc., where they held roles as both an Account Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist until 2019. In 2022, they moved to Nivo1 as a Senior Sales Development Representative, and then to Viridi as a Recruiter. Her current role at Viridi involves finding motivated individuals to join the company, and helping to drive Viridi forward by powering the transition to renewable energy.

Jennifer Altvater holds a B.A. in Communication, General from the University of Pittsburgh, which they earned in 1995.
