Kairav Dholakia

Kairav Dholakia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kairav began their career at Om Enterprises in 2006, where they served as a Senior Financial Assistant until 2009. Kairav then joined Navmantra Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2011 as a Financial Assistant, responsible for tasks such as preparing CMA data and reports on financial situation. From 2013 to 2020, Kairav worked at K B Gems as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. During this time, they gained expertise in sales and marketing strategies. In 2020, Kairav joined Nivoda as a Purchase Manager, overseeing the procurement process. Kairav later advanced to the role of Senior Manager Purchase in 2022, and most recently, they hold the position of Senior Operations Manager at Nivoda starting in 2023. Kairav's diverse experience in finance, sales, marketing, and operations makes him a well-rounded professional in their field.

Kairav Dholakia completed their Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree from the University of Mumbai, where they studied subjects such as Organizational Behavior, Accountancy, Commerce, Economics, English, and Statistical Methods. Kairav attended this university from 2006 to 2009. Following that, Kairav pursued an MBA degree in International Management/Business from Cardiff University/Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2009 to 2010.
