M Awais U. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. M Awais started their career at Techno Genes as an Analyst Software Engineer from January 2017 to February 2018. M Awais then joined IBEX as an Analyst Software Engineer from July 2018 to June 2020, where they developed scalable web services and applications using various technologies such as .net, Laravel, ReactJs, and Express JS. M Awais also worked on building AI-based chatbots and IVRs using cognitive services from AWS, Twilio, and Microsoft Lex, as well as developing dashboards using React JS.

Moving on, M Awais U. transitioned to a role as a Software Engineer at IBEX from June 2020 to January 2021. During this time, they continued to develop web services and applications using .net, Laravel, ReactJs, and Express JS. Additionally, they contributed to the design and implementation of AI-based chatbots and IVRs.

In 2021, M Awais U. joined GoSaaS, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they designed highly scalable and containerized microservices using programming languages such as .net, Node.js, and Java. M Awais also worked as an integration consultant for different ERP (Dynamics GP) systems with Oracle PLM. M Awais collaborated with stakeholders to understand business processes and designed integration strategies for middleware accordingly.

Currently, M Awais U. is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Nivoda, starting in December 2021. Their contributions include migrating the product from a monolithic architecture to microservices and designing various modules to facilitate business processes.
