Shruthi Santhosh's work experience includes working as a Senior Finance Assistant at Nivoda since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Executive at UPOWER LOGISTICS INDIA PVT LTD from October 2016 to September 2021. SHRUTHI also has experience as an Account Intern at Grewal and Singh Chartered Accountant from June 2016 to October 2016.

Shruthi Santhosh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Amity University, from the year 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Shyam Lal College, from 2013 to 2016. Before pursuing their undergraduate studies, Shruthi attended Kerala Education Society for two years, from 2011 to 2013, where they focused on Business/Commerce, General without obtaining a specific degree.
