Matthew Sheridan

Founder & CEO at Nix Sensor

Matthew Sheridan has a diverse work experience. Matthew is the founder and CEO of Nix Sensor Ltd, a company that developed a device called Nix which allows users to become color experts by scanning objects and matching the colors to pigments. Matthew started this role in September 2012 and is still currently in this position. Prior to that, they were the Electrical Engineering Manager for McMaster University Solar Car Project from September 2009 to November 2012. In 2012, they also co-founded a company called Passit, although the duration of their involvement is unknown. In 2010, they worked as a Research and Development Engineer at Airjuice for a few months.

Matthew Sheridan attended McMaster University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering and Management. In 2015, they received the David E. Mitchell Award of Distinction from the Manning Innovation Awards.
