Svitlana Nemchenkova is a seasoned professional with a background in customer success and business development. Currently serving as a Customer Success Officer at NIX United since October 2019, Svitlana has honed skills in fostering client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Svitlana gained valuable experience as a Business Development Representative at TEAM International from September 2017 to September 2019.
