Nicole Dawes

Nicole Dawes has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder & CEO of Nixie Sparkling Water since August 2018. Prior to this, they were the Founder of Late July Organic Snacks, a family-operated company specializing in organic tortilla chips and crackers, which they founded in 2003. Nicole Dawes is known for leading Late July to become the fastest growing tortilla chip brand in the country without compromising their social or environmental commitments. Nicole also served as a Board Member of the Newport Festivals Foundation since October 2020. Earlier in their career, Nicole Dawes held the position of Director of Marketing at Cape Cod Potato Chips from 1996 to 2000 and worked as an Associate at Dove Consulting from 1995 to 1996.

Nicole Dawes attended Milton Academy from 1987 to 1991, although no specific degree or field of study is provided. Nicole later enrolled at Tulane University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
