Paul Drakeford

Paul Drakeford has over 30 years of work experience in various roles within the food and beverage industry. Paul most recently served as the Vice President of Manufacturing & Technical Services at Nixie Sparkling Water since January 2019. Prior to that, they held the same position at Late July Organic Snacks for ten years from 2009 to 2019. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as the Sr. Contract Manufacturing Manager - Snack Division at The Hain Celestial Group. Before that, they had a four-year tenure as the Plant Manager at American Pie from 2002 to 2006. Paul's career began in 1986 at Entenmanns (Kraft Foods), where they worked as the Quality & Sanitation Superintendent for 16 years until 2002.

Paul Drakeford attended New York Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2001, where they studied Business. In addition to their time at NYIT, they also attended the American Institute of Baking from 1998 to 1999, earning a Certified Baker degree in Food Science and Technology.
