Sam Pinson

Sam Pinson is currently working as a Counsel at Nixon Gwilt Law, where they serve as a legal advisor for various organizations in the digital health, AI, life sciences, startup, and venture capital sectors. Prior to this role, they gained experience as a Law Clerk at the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review and as a Legal Intern at Gastro Health, focusing on M&A and Regulatory Compliance. Their previous positions include Compliance Intern at StoneX Group Inc., Business Process Improvement Intern at Siemens Gamesa, and Contracts Intern at Lockheed Martin. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & International Affairs from the University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing their law degree at the University of Miami School of Law.
