Amy O'Keefe

Amy (Pugliano) O'Keefe is a Partner in the Private Equity & Investment Funds Practice at Nixon Peabody, where extensive work in mergers and acquisitions involves representing both public and private strategic buyers as well as financial buyers and sellers of privately held businesses since October 2005. In the private equity sector, Amy advises investors and funds on portfolio company investments, exit transactions, and supports emerging companies seeking capital. Prior to this role, Amy served as an Associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal from September 2002 to October 2005. Amy holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University.
