Jackson Demartino

Jackson DeMartino is currently employed as a Patent Support Assistant at Nixon Peabody LLP, starting in March 2024, where responsibilities include assisting patent attorneys and agents in the life sciences with various processes in patent prosecution and preparing for the USPTO registration exam. Prior to this role, Jackson served as a Medical Assistant at APDerm from August 2023 to February 2024, and as a Biochemistry Undergraduate Research Assistant at Providence College from May 2021 to July 2023, where significant research involved isolating and characterizing hydroxysteroid-dehydrogenases from common intestinal microbiota. Jackson DeMartino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Providence College, obtained in May 2023, and a High School Diploma from Duxbury Public Schools.
