Katie Nicklyn

Katie Nicklyn has extensive experience in legal recruitment, currently serving as the Legal Recruiting Manager at Nixon Peabody LLP since March 2025, following a role as Senior Manager of Lateral Partner Recruitment at Perkins Coie from October 2024 to March 2025. Previously, Katie worked at Nixon Peabody LLP from May 2008 to October 2024 in various recruiting management roles, including those focused on associates, counsel, and partner recruitment. Prior to joining Nixon Peabody, Katie served as the Recruiting and Retention Coordinator at Foster, Swift, Collins & Smith, P.C. and as the Director of Human Resources at Grand Hotel. Educationally, Katie earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Central Michigan University.
