Maximilian Ferullo

Maximilian Ferullo is an experienced attorney specializing in leveraged finance and bankruptcy law. Currently serving as a Leveraged Finance Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP since February 2023, Ferullo previously held the position of Finance Associate at Linklaters from July 2020 to February 2023, and was an Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP from November 2018 to June 2020. Prior to that, Ferullo worked as an Associate at Togut Segal & Segal LLP, a leading bankruptcy boutique, from November 2016 to October 2018. Ferullo began a judicial career as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Melvin S.
