Nicole Kling

Nicole Kling is a legal and scientific professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and patent law. Currently serving as an Associate at Nixon Peabody LLP since January 2011, Nicole has also held positions as a Patent Agent and Patent Specialist within the same firm. Prior to this, Nicole gained valuable experience as an Intellectual Property Intern at Partners HealthCare in 2010-2011 and as a Graduate Student in the Laboratory of Dr. Fred Ausubel at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard from 2004 to 2011. Nicole Kling holds a Juris Doctor degree from the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law (2019-2022), a Ph.D. in Genetics from Harvard University (2003-2010), and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech (1999-2003).
