Nikial "Nikki" Boston Majors, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, MBA, serves as the Regional HR Director at Nixon Peabody LLP, a prominent Global 100 law firm, since May 2007, after previously holding the position of Human Resources Manager within the same firm. Prior to this, Nikki accumulated over nine years of experience at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, starting as a Human Resources & Benefits Assistant and advancing through roles including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR activities for a large administrative support staff. Nikki holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Towson University.
