Stacy Ridgeway

Stacy Ridgeway has extensive experience in attorney development and retention, having held various roles at Nixon Peabody LLP since April 2010, including Senior Director, Attorney Development & Retention, Director of Career Management, and Career Manager. Responsibilities include firm-wide attorney career management programs and oversight of the summer associate program, as well as recruiting and integrating lawyers and staff across multiple offices. Prior to this, Ridgeway worked at WilmerHale from June 1999 to November 2009, serving as Director, Attorney Development & Retention, and career development roles, managing integration programs for new attorneys and developing mentorship resources. Earlier experience as a Legal Personnel Assistant at Wilmer Cutler & Pickering involved maintaining attorney attendance reports and updating the firm Intranet. Ridgeway holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, completed in 1999.
