Todd Tidgewell

Todd Tidgewell is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in the legal sector, currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Corporate Practice Group at Nixon Peabody since January 2003. In this role, Tidgewell specializes in private equity, representing private equity funds, their limited partners, and portfolio companies. Prior to this, Tidgewell held the position of Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Fund Development at Village Ventures from 2000 to 2003, where the focus was on seed and early-stage investments in consumer media, health care, and financial services. Tidgewell began a legal career as an Associate at Howrey LLP from 1998 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
