Justin Slaughter

Justin Slaughter has extensive experience in the power generation industry. Justin started their career at Cummins Southern Plains in 1999 as a Power Generation Systems Representative and later became a Business Development Manager. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Accounts Manager, where they specialized in designing and implementing power generation solutions for mission critical markets. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Commercial Sales, where they led business strategy, product sales, pricing, and channel development for the power generation business in Texas and Oklahoma. In 2015, they joined Nixon Power Services as the Vice President of Sales, where they provided leadership and support to the entire organization and was responsible for driving corporate-wide sales efforts for Kohler Industrial, Consumer, and Marine products.

Justin Slaughter's education history begins in 1993 when they enrolled at Texas A&M University. Justin studied Engineering with a focus on Industrial Distribution and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 1998.

In 2008, Justin continued their education journey by pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Justin specialized in the field of Strategy & Entrepreneurship and completed their MBA in 2009.
