Currently serving as a Partner at Nixon & Vanderhye PC since June 2003, Paul has previously held the position of Senior Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from 2000 to 2003, and served as an Associate at Oliff & Berridge from 1994 to 2000. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, earned between 1990 and 1994, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University, obtained from 1985 to 1989.
