Rommel Castillo, PMP has 18 years of professional experience in the IT industry. Rommel began their career in 2001 with Canon Information Technologies, Philippines Inc. as a Software Engineer. Rommel then progressed to become a DVT Specialist, Offshore Project Lead, Section Manager, and Project Manager. In 2019, they joined Nixplay as a Software Development Manager.

Rommel Castillo, PMP, obtained a degree in Chemistry with Computer Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University between 1996 and 2001. In 2016, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they obtained a Robotic Process Automation Developer certification from UiPath.
