Gaurav Patankar's education history begins in 1985 when they attended SIES High School and completed their HSC. Afterward, from 1995 to 1999, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Vivekanand, University of Mumbai. Gaurav then furthered their studies, obtaining an MBA in Corporate Finance/Strategy from the University at Buffalo between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they pursued a Ph.D. in Corporate Governance/Social Economics at TMV University of Pune from 2001 until 2010.
