Alissa Johnson

Alissa Johnson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Alissa is currently employed as a Clinical Operations Specialist at Innovive Health since November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where they held multiple roles. From January 2017 to May 2017, they served as a Health Engagement Project Manager. Alissa also worked as an Operations Development Lead from January 2016 to January 2017 and as an Account Service Representative from August 2013 to January 2016. Before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, they worked at Boston Medical Center (BMC) as a Research Coordinator from October 2012 to August 2013. Their responsibilities included subject recruitment, data management, and supporting the research team. Alissa also has experience as a Health Mentor/ Research Assistant at Vinfen Corporation from August 2010 to October 2012. In this role, they provided personal training, educational support, and motivational guidance for a diet and exercise research study.
