Brian Grace has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. In 1996, they started their career as a Mental Health Worker at Bayridge Hospital. Brian progressed to become a Staff Nurse and later an Assistant Clinical Manager at the same organization. In 2008, they joined Nizhoni Health, where they held various roles including Registered Nurse, Clinical Manager, Assistant Clinical Director, Clinical IT Director, Clinical Director, and Director of Business Development. After working at Nizhoni Health, they worked as the Director of Nursing at Alternative Home Health Care LLC for a brief period in 2017. In 2018, they joined MelroseWakefield Healthcare as the System Director for Behavioral Health before transitioning to Acadia Healthcare as the Director of Nursing Services. Currently, since September 2020, Brian has been serving as the Senior Director of Patient Access Strategy at Innovive Health.

Brian Grace has a diverse education history. Brian pursued their Associate's degree in Nursing at Northshore Community College from 2002 to 2004. Afterward, they attended Salem State College and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing from 2005 to 2008. Seeking further specialization, Brian then enrolled at the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2015 to 2017, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Continuing their educational journey, Brian joined the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where they are currently studying for their Master of Nursing, specializing in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse/Nursing since 2020.
