Kristen Palumbo has extensive work experience in healthcare leadership and clinical roles. Kristen is currently working at Innovive Health, where they hold multiple positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Innovive Health and as a Clinical Director at Nizhoni Health, where they implemented innovative approaches to home health care. Kristen also has experience as a Regional Director and Director of Clinical Field Staff Services, as well as a Director of Quality Improvement. Kristen began their career as a Case Management Nurse and later worked as a Registered Nurse in the Psychiatric Emergency Department at Boston Medical Center. Additionally, they served as a Registered Nurse/Charge Nurse at Balpate Hospital. Kristen is also an Adjunct Faculty member at Labouré College of Healthcare.

Kristen Palumbo, MHCDS, BSN, RN, NE-BC has a diverse education history. In 2021, they obtained a Master of Health Care Delivery Science (MHCDS) degree from Dartmouth College. Following this, they have plans to pursue a Master of Science in Healthcare Fraud Waste and Abuse from the University of New Haven. This program, specializing in Investigations - Healthcare FWA, is expected to be completed by 2026. Additionally, Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Salem State University. In terms of certifications, they achieved the Nurse Executive (NE-BC) designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center in January 2020.
