Lauren McRae

Lauren McRae has a diverse range of work experience. Lauren started their career in 2010 at Innovive Health, where they held various roles over the years. Lauren began as a Human Resources Representative in June 2010 and then transitioned to Office Manager/Executive Assistant in September 2010. From October 2012 to April 2015, they served as the Executive Operations Manager before becoming the Director of Administrative Operations from May 2015 to July 2016. Lauren then moved on to become the Director of Revenue Cycle & Financial Operations from August 2016 to July 2017, and later became the Director of Clinical Operations from August 2017 to March 2020. Most recently, they held the position of Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Innovive Health, starting in March 2020. In addition to their work at Innovive Health, Lauren is also the Co-Founder and Director of Macka's Mission, Inc. since May 2021.

Lauren McRae's education history begins with their attendance at Saint Michael's College from 2006 to 2008. During this time, they focused on studying French Language and Literature. Following this, they enrolled at Assumption University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French Language and Literature. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Lauren pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
