Meghan Baer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Meghan began their career at Methodist Home for Children, where they worked as a Clinical Assessment Specialist and later as a Clinical Case Manager. In these roles, they conducted extensive assessments, created treatment plans, and placed children in foster or permanent homes. Meghan also provided ongoing support and made regular visits to ensure the well-being of the children and the success of the placements.
Following their time at Methodist Home for Children, Meghan worked at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School as a Head Teacher in an Integrated Classroom Setting for twelve years.
In 2014, Meghan joined Bridgewell, where they initially served as a Program Director, overseeing a medically intensive group home. Meghan'sresponsibilities included managing staff, finances, and implementing systems for individual service planning. Meghan then transitioned into the position of Residential Supervisor, where they provided high-quality care and comfort to the individuals residing in the home.
Most recently, Meghan worked at Innovive Health as a Clinical Operations Specialist II. Meghan progressed from Clinical Operations Specialist I and reported to the Manager of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing all clinical data reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with documentation guidelines. Meghan conducted extensive research and analysis to present clinical operations statistics to management.
Meghan Baer obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained a number of certifications, including CPR and First Aid from the American Red Cross in October 2015, MAP (Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services) in October 2015, OSHA in October 2015, and CPR & AED from the American Red Cross in September 2017.
