Loek Nederstigt is an experienced HR professional with a robust background spanning over three decades in various leadership and consultancy roles. Currently serving as HR Manager at NIZO since July 2007, Loek has successfully led major projects including the implementation of a job ranking system, a new salary system, and a pension plan. Previous experience includes advisory roles for Giraffe HR, leadership as Senior Team Lead at Belastingdienst/CICT, and significant HR responsibilities at Sogeti Nederland B.V. and Twinsoft, where Loek was instrumental in managing organizational growth and change. Loek holds a Master's Degree in Biology from Leiden University and has furthered professional development through numerous courses and workshops.
