Victor Reyes has extensive experience in information technology management within the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of IT at NIZUC Resort & Spa since June 2012. Victor played a key role in the opening of this Forbes 5-Star and AAA 5-Diamond hotel, overseeing all IT resources. Prior roles include positions at PC System Sa de CV as AAA Support Manager and as IT Manager at El Dorado Royale. Victor also held various managerial positions at prestigious hotel brands like Hilton, where responsibilities included IT management, installation of new systems at multiple properties, and support for hotel operations. Victor’s educational background includes a degree from Universidad de Montemorelos.
