Rebekah James

Rebekah James is an experienced professional in digital engagement and customer experience, currently serving as Vice President of Digital and Patient Engagement at The Macallan Group since August 2025. Prior to this role, Rebekah held multiple positions at Nevro from May 2015 to August 2025, including Senior Director of Global Customer Experience and Digital/Patient Marketing. Rebekah's career began at St. Jude Medical as a Clinical Specialist III, followed by entrepreneurship as Founder and Trainer at Exceleration Sports Performance. Rebekah also held directorial roles in physical education and health at Portsmouth Christian Academy and as Sports Director for Coaching Our Youth. The academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Maine and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from PennWest California.
