Steph Cubero

Steph Cubero is a seasoned professional in sports operations and coaching, currently serving as the Director of Soccer Operations at Seton Hall University since April 2024. With extensive experience in various roles, Steph has held positions such as Site Manager at NJ Play Sports, Client Services Coordinator and Youth Soccer Coach for the New York Red Bulls, and has contributed to Montclair State University’s basketball operations. Additional roles have included Game Operations Assistant and Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Seton Hall University, along with experience at New York City Football Club and other educational institutions. Steph holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration and Coaching and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Montclair State University.
