Michael R. Ricciardulli

Mr. Ricciardulli serves as outside counsel for NJ PURE and Silver Rock Risk Solutions. Mr. Ricciardulli, a partner at Ruprecht Hart Weeks & Ricciardulli, LLP, that specializes in high-exposure medical malpractice cases. Mr. Ricciardulli is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney.

Mr. Ricciardulli served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jonathan N. Harris, of the New Jersey Superior Court, Law Division where he participated in the formulation of jury charges and voir dire.

Mr. Ricciardulli has prepared and argued motions involving complex procedural and substantive matters before trial courts, the Appellate Division, and the New Jersey Supreme Court as well as the Federal District Courts. In 2017, Mr. Ricciardulli received numerous honors including being named to the American College of Trial Lawyers, as well as being voted the “Best Lawyer” in medical malpractice defense in North Jersey.
