Erika Dunphy

Erika Dunphy is an experienced educator specializing in English as a Second Language (ESL) with a strong background in teaching and educational consultation. Currently serving as an Adult Education Teacher at South River Board of Education, Erika focuses on facilitating language acquisition among adult learners. As an Educational Consultant for NJ Teacher 2 Teacher, LLC, Erika collaborates with school district administrators to design and deliver professional development seminars for teachers statewide. Previous roles include serving as a 7th Grade ESL Teacher and a Middle School ESL Teacher, where Erika developed and implemented effective lesson plans for grades 6-8. Additional experience encompasses teaching elementary ESL, functioning as a substitute teacher, and working as an instructional assistant.
