Kayle Gomez-Fermin

Kayle Gomez-Fermin is an accomplished professional with a background in communications and media studies, as well as psychology, both obtained from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Currently serving as an Account Coordinator at MMGY NJF since November 2023, Kayle has previously held roles including Production Assistant at the Garden State Film Festival and Social Media Intern at herDIVAspot Organization, where strategic management of social media accounts was initiated. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant for the Intensive Weekend MSW Program at Rutgers School of Social Work, managing clerical tasks and data organization, and working as a Human Resources Assistant at the Rutgers School of Environmental and Biological Sciences, where employee profiles were maintained. Kayle's diverse skill set encompasses social media strategy, data management, and administrative coordination.
