Alexandra Korupp, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the New Jersey Hospital Association, where responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and developing leadership education. Previously, Alexandra held positions as a Human Resources Generalist at CRC Industries, improving onboarding processes, and as the Director of Human Resources/Benefits at Ophthalmology Physicians and Surgeons, where the first human resources initiatives were developed during a company transition. Additional experience includes founding a vacation rental service and serving as the Human Resources Director at the Center for Literacy, as well as working as a Human Resources Manager at Digitas Health. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Drexel University, with dual majors in finance and marketing.
