Christine Stearns

Christine Stearns has an extensive work history in government affairs and policy. Christine is currently serving as the Chief Government Relations Officer at the New Jersey Hospital Association. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Government Affairs at Gibbons P.C., where they advised C-suite leadership clients on legislative and public policy issues. Christine also held the position of Vice President of Health & Legal Affairs at the New Jersey Business & Industry Association (NJBIA), where they developed and executed healthcare, legal, banking, and workers' compensation policies. Christine has also worked as a part-time lecturer at Rutgers Business School and as a Senior Associate at Princeton Public Affairs Group, Inc. Christine began their career as the Director of Legislative Affairs at the New Jersey Retail Merchants Association (NJRMA).

Christine Stearns completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Rutgers University from 1987 to 1991. Christine then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School, graduating in the period between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, they earned a Master of Arts degree in Public Policy from Rutgers University, which they completed from 1995 to 1996.
