Henry Batista has extensive experience in the field of human services, particularly focused on individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Currently serving as a Resident Manager and previously as a Resident Assistant Manager at New Jersey Institute for Disabilities since January 2021, Henry has a background as a CAS Assessor for AltaStaff, where responsibilities included conducting person-centered assessments and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Services for the UnderServed, where Henry managed a caseload of clients, trained staff, and collaborated with community organizations to support individuals with Autism. Henry also has experience in operational roles at Amazon and Modest Community Services. Henry holds a Master's degree in Human Services from Walden University.
