Joseph Bethea has over two decades of professional experience in IT audit and support roles. Currently serving as an IT Audit Supervisor at NJM Insurance Group since January 2001, Joseph Bethea manages all audit phases, ensuring compliance with ISACA's ITAF framework and coordinating with independent auditors. Previous roles include Senior IT Auditor and Windows/Desktop Administrator, focusing on support and administration of network systems. Joseph Bethea also served in the US Army as a Flight Operations NCO during Operation Iraqi Freedom III, overseeing critical flight operations and communication systems. Earlier in his career, Joseph Bethea worked at RCN in LAN Administration and Citrix Support. Joseph Bethea holds a BA in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University and multiple associated certifications in network engineering and telecommunications.
