Sanjay Thirupputkuzhi

Sanjay Thirupputkuzhi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Their most recent position was at NJM Insurance Group, where they served as the Vice President of Strategic Alignment & Execution starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, they held various leadership positions within NJM Insurance Group's Project Management Office (PMO), including Vice President from May 2019 to February 2024, AVP from May 2018 to April 2019, Director from May 2014 to April 2018, and Manager from April 2011 to April 2014. Sanjay also worked as a Business Relationship Leader from January 2009 to March 2011 and as a Lead Solutions Architect from September 2004 to December 2008.

Before joining NJM Insurance Group, Sanjay worked at Compunnel Software Group as a Senior Manager from October 1994 to August 2004. Sanjay also gained experience at NIIT Ltd. as a Systems Executive from July 1992 to October 1994.

Sanjay Thirupputkuzhi holds a Stanford LEAD Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned an MBA degree in Finance & Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business in the years 2000 to 2003. Their undergraduate education was completed at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they have certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
