Kristin Bernert is a seasoned executive in sports and entertainment with extensive experience in business operations and strategic development. Currently serving as Advisor & Co-Chair of the Athlete Advisory Council at Deep Blue Sports + Entertainment since December 2023, Kristin also holds the position of Co-Owner at NJ/NY Gotham FC and Co-Founder at KB2 Sports. Previously, Kristin was President of Business Operations at Columbus Crew and Executive Vice President of Sports Operations at Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. Notable roles at The Madison Square Garden Company included Head of Sports and Senior Vice President for the New York Knicks and New York Liberty. Kristin's career began as a Corporate Sales Representative at the Cleveland Indians and includes significant leadership positions in the WNBA and other sports organizations. Kristin holds a Master of Arts in Sport Management from The Ohio State University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from Siena College.

Representing New York City/New Jersey, Gotham FC is one of the eleven clubs in the National Women’s Soccer League. The team plays its home games at Red Bull Arena. 2020 was a landmark year for Sky Blue as the Club won its first NWSL playoff match in a Semifinal appearance in the 2020 Challenge Cup and finished fourth in the 2020 Fall Series.
