Kaspar Bastian

Kaspar Bastian is a leading specialist in tax law in Denmark with over 20 years of experience. Currently a partner at Njord Law Firm since February 2023, Kaspar Bastian has expertise in tax process and dispute cases, with rights to represent before the Supreme Court. Previous roles include partner positions at KLAR Advokater and TVC Advokatfirma, as well as serving as the head of tax litigation at Bech-Bruun. Kaspar Bastian holds an LL.M. from The University of Edinburgh and a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen.
