Njord
Frederik Pind is currently the Managing Director at Njord, overseeing the transition of Synergy Marine’s takeover of Maersk Tankers’ technical management business and defining Maersk Tankers’ future decarbonisation strategy. He previously held various positions at Maersk Tankers, including Chief Procurement Officer, where he established a new Procurement department, and at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where he headed cross-category projects and served as Deputy Head of Supply Chain. Before his career in the corporate world, Frederik served in the military, holding positions such as First Lieutenant and Platoon Commander/Second-in-Command. He holds a degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Royal Danish Defence College.
