Valentina Čičko

Valentina Čičko is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Njuškalo since June 2020, leading full-cycle recruitment for tech and development roles, overseeing employer branding initiatives, and supporting employee relations and engagement activities alongside the HR team. Valentina also contributes to improving the hiring and onboarding processes. Previously, Valentina worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Associate at Njuškalo Technology since May 2018, in addition to holding roles as HR Assistant/Recruiter. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at Iskon Internet d.d. from May to December 2017. Valentina holds a Master's degree in Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Zagreb.
